Unfortunately our time with Jonas has come to an end. In our last class session the focus was on quiet meditative music (indispersed with conversations about gumboots and loud beeps from tamariki followed by giggles). Half the class played instruments while the other half lay down and listened - breathing in and out - hā ki roto, hā ki waho.
